Participation Fees

Poster and Oral Presentations
The maximum number of poster presentations is two for each paid participation fee.
By the approval of the scientific committee, more than one oral presentation can be given for each paid participation fee

congress book, name tag,coffee, tea during the congress.

Invitation Letter
After payment of registration fee an official paper will be sent to the scientist by e-mail. Registration fee includes congress book , coffee, tea, congress bag and lunch for four (4) days.

Cancel of the participation
If you would inform us until 01.06.2010, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be sent back to you.

Registration and Information
Registration and information desk will be set up at 8 a.m. on 22 June 2010 in the congress center, and will be open everyday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. during the congress.

Name Tags
All participants and guests must wear their name tags during the congress for their own safety.

Stand Areas
Exhibition areas which made by sponsors, will be open during the congress.
